Kathy is by far the best real estate professional I have ever worked with. My wife and I met her 12 years ago when we purchased the house we just sold. Firstly, I'd like to start off this review stating I was highly skeptical of purchasing a home out of state. But, after my first conversation with Kathy she was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. Kathy was attentive, quick to answer any concerns that rose during the process. She was incredibly warm and genuinely concerned with mine and my husband's experience. She at some points even went out of her way to help us get answers to questions she wasn't required to.
